I just bought a very nice used vehicle for a very fair price off the staff at Duncan Toyota. I have to say, it was an all round great experience. Colton from the sales staff was not only a great help, but very polite, profession and patient throughout the entire process.I haven’t owned a Toyota in years, but it was a pleasure doing business with this dealership. Exactly what you would expect from Toyota and their quality service at all levels!

Tried to put a deposit down on a vehicle to reserve it for when it arrives in July as the market is pretty insane currently, they were less than helpful, and their sales manager was an unsavory character. I ended up just walking out of the dealership, due to his disrespectful demeanor. If you can buy a vehicle somewhere else, I would recommend that.Cheers,

My husband found a new car on their website that we were interested in. He called the dealership to ask if it was still available and if we drove from Victoria to Duncan today could we drive it home. The salesman checked with his manager and we were told it was available.We drove through a snow storm and sat for an accident to be cleared.My husband test drove the vehicle and we agreed we would purchase it. Then sat while we were told they were writing up the quote. We waited 15 to 20 minutes and then we’re told the car was not available and we could order.Since my review we have been contacted by the manager at Duncan Toyota who acknowledged the experience and have apologized. They are trying to make things right.Follow Up.Their attempt to make things right fell far short of our expectations and no, it did not come down to the cost of the car.

Finally! After waiting for 3 months my vehicle has arrived at Jim Pattison Toyota Duncan.Unbelievable experience with Shanon and Calton. They have been very helpful, even tho i was late on New Year evening for pick up. The dealer was closed but Shanon and Calton waited for me to get there and do the paperwork. We recently drove up from Campbell River to pick up the vehicle we had purchased over the phone. Cienna handled the details over the phone in a very courteous and friendly manner. She was a pleasure to deal with. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff, but most notably, Stefan the Sales Manager. He immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. He had prearranged all the aspects of the transaction being sensitive to our need to get back on the road and return home. Alex handled making sure the vehicle was ready for delivery and did an amazing job. He was also the first one to introduce us to the vehicle (which we had purchased sight unseen).He had an impressive knowledge of the vehicle considering it was not the dealership brand. He was extremely friendly and courteous.Everyone involved made our trip and purchase worthwhile. Chris (I hope I got your name correct) from Hub made our insurance transaction pleasant. He really knows his stuff and his customer service was second to none.Thank you Cienna, Stefan, Alex and Chris! Worst service ever. Had my car serviced and reviewed by Toyota service centre, who found an issue with a previous job that was done by Duncan Toyota. A job that was supposed to last 200,000 km, but only lasted 62,000. Don’t bring your Toyota here for servicing. They don’t do a good job or stand by their work.

My truck broke down during our holiday trip to the island, we didn't know what we were going to do short of cancel the rest of our trip and leave the truck to get repaired. The service advisor Willi got it in the shop first thing in the morning to inspect and figure out what needed to be done, they were short staffed on this Saturday with only 2 mechanics and fully booked but they managed to be get my truck in and repaired in the same day so we didn't have to cancel the whole trip! Thank you so much to the service team at Duncan Toyota you are all awesome!!!

Very disapoitning customer service. The sales person was not able to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle, which is ok because they said they would find out. When they came back and I asked again, they apologized and said they would find out and never did. When it came time to negotiate price the salesperson kept running back and forth between myself and the manager leaving me to wait at their desk. This is disrespectful, when you've done this three times have the manager come out and talk with me directly. Furthermore, they we're unwilling to lower the price because they said they had alot of interest for this vehicle and it would be gone by the weekend; yet it's still sitting on their lot. I know for a fact that they traded-in the vehicle for $15,000 and they are selling it for $23,000. I fully understand overhead and repairs (parts & time) costs are necessary. However, when I asked what repairs needed to be done the sales person said none... Talk about inflation hitting everywhere eh.
